I had my 2011 Mazda CX-9 towed there after the care became undriveable because I trust these folks. It turns out the transfer cas went bad (after only 38,500 miles), and the part would cost about $2,200.00.! Naturally, I am 'out-of-warranty'!!! Here comes the best part; I get a call soon after from Kyle at WALKO and he tells me to do some research because there are several service bulletins on this vehicle for this specific issue!!! Well, I find the bulletins on this, and call MAZDA USA, customer service. After several minutes on the phone, the rep informs me that the Power Train warranty for my spacific vehicle has been extended to 7 years or 90,000 miles!!! Then they arrange to ship the car from WALKO to Crystal MAZDA in Greenbrook. Bottom line; the transfer case is being replaced under warranty. More importantly, this reaffirms my trust and admiration for WALKO. I am happy to say I am now a "customer for life".
