Yup, another 5, here is my story. My car's steering column was acting up, making a loud clanking noise when I went over tough spots in the road. I asked Kia for an estimate, they put it at $1,700. I asked Walko and they put it at $500. The day of the repair, they were running late on my car and I had to get to work, so they called, got, and paid for a rental car for me for the day. I went back the next day to get my car and it was less expensive than their original quote, only $400. This is because an alignment was not necessary, and the mechanic thought it would be when he gave me the original estimate. Honest, considerate, and diligent.

Really appreciated that they took the initiative to figure out why something was happening and prioritize solving the problem rather than simply address the symptom (which is what my previous garage had been doing for 3 years). Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends in the area!

Been going to Walko Automotive for at least 35 years. Very trustworthy mechanics that give you enough information about things that need to be taken care of now vs. things that will need to be done a little down the road. Pricing is competitive and I like the fact that if your vehicle is there overnight it will usually be put in the back lot which is locked. Wish they had Saturday hours but mechanics deserve a weekend too

I started hearing a faint noise from my SUV and the car dealership said diagnosis was $150 even though the vehicle was under warranty. I took it to Walko. The Walko team diagnosed it. I was charged a very reasonable amount and Andy provided me details of the parts and informed me that everything should be covered by the manufacturer. I went to the dealership with this info and they agreed that everything is covered.
