My vehicle failed inspection because of an emissions issue. Walko diagnosed and repaired the issue. They also reinspected the vehicle. I especially appreciated the clear and professional communications from Kyle.

Continues to be a great place. I have been using Walko Automotive Service for over 30 years. Andy has always run an honest business. They let you know what service is needed before the work is started. This way there are no SURPRISE repairs. I will keep coming here. Keep up the great work!

Once again, Andy Walko and his team did an above and beyond job on our car. The tire warning light kept coming on and we couldn't figure out why because I just had air put into the tires 2 times recently but still saw the warning light. When I took the car to Walko's they examined the tires and came to the conclusion that the tires were old and dry rotted which my brother and I thoroughly agreed with because they were all the original tires except for one which we replaced recently. We purchased the car new in 2010 so the 3 tires were 10 years old. Walko's could not find any objects in any of the tires and concluded that the tires were losing air around the rims, etc. because of their age. We could have just gotten 3 new tires because the 1 tire was fairly new, but my brother insisted on 4 new tires so they all match. Result - NO MORE TIRE WARNING LIGHT!!!! YIPPEE!!!!! Thank you to Walko Automotive. I always feel comfortable bringing my cars here. I like that they have a rewards program too. They always run by options on repairs and asking relevant questions like “how long do you think you may keep this vehicle” which is very important deciding on repair work, many service centers never ask this in my past experience. They have always been very responsive and detail oriented. They keep a detailed history of our cars on file and are always on the ball. I've been using Walko for a couple of years now and won't go back! I've had miserable experiences with corporate shops (ie good year, midas....) and dealerships. Walko is a genuine, honest, quality, caring company with a friendly and professional environment. I never feel that i'm being pushed into a job or coerced to spend money on un-needed repairs. The exact opposite in fact. I feel more often than not, they tell me I don't need to get something done just yet. Are they a little more expensive up front? Yes, but in the long run you will save yourself hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the life of your vehicle. In another review I saw the term "FAIR Pricing" used and I think that's exactly what this is! I recently bought a new Jeep and had been taking it to the local dealership (warrantee reasons). They told me I needed to spend $1500 on new tires and brakes. I took my Jeep to WALKO for a second opinion and they confirmed that I still had close to 15,000 miles left on both. Didn't charge me a thing either. No sense if replacing tires with unused life on them. They are honest, patient and well-informed. Always willing to answer your questions and explain in detail what they did and why. I definitely feel that I can trust them and they won't steer me wrong. I also have my mom going to them now too. I feel a sense of relief that I know I can send my mom, completely car-illiterate, to a place I trust and wont rip her off with some asinine, made up repair.

It is my first time here, and I am very happy with the service. I dropped off my car for cooling system fluid flush and power steering fluid flush after hours, and it was good to go on the following day. Barney and the staff are very friendly and professional. Will definitely come back to Walko for further repairs!

I tried different Automotive shops but was not satisfied because of service performed and overpricing. The reason I like Walko Automotive is their professionalism and service. It looks like they are on customer side, very helpful and always guiding me, as a customer, how to save money on car repairs. I also liked their point system which can be used to lower the invoice amount. Simply, Walko Automotive is the best I found so far.
