On Thursday 5-12-22 our 2017 Kia suddenly started riding "sluggishly" and was bucking. First thing the follow morning, a local site of a "national" chain told us they could get us right in for a diagnostic test. We were leaving that weekend for a wedding in the midwest and wanted to get the vehicle fixed asap. The national chain, known for selling tires and doing brake jobs and oil changes, gave us a 2 page print out of a computer test suggesting the problem was a spark plug or coil or both. But they could not fit us in that day. We called Walko and spoke to Kyle. Kyle immediately told us that the problem should be covered by the 100,000 mile power train warranty since we were original owners. We immediately called Kia Bridgewater. They fit us in immediately and the problem was fixed under the warranty and at no cost to us. And, they fixed it before we left for our Michigan wedding! Many thanks to Kyle for his absolute candor and honesty. We would have never thought of the warranty. The other place would have gladly charged us hundreds of dollars once we were back in NJ. This is the type of consumer HONESTY that pays dividends and keeps customers coming back to Walko! We sincerely thank Kia Bridgewater, but without Kyle and Walko we would have been stuck with a big service bill and would not have known any better! Kyle and Walko continues to earn our trust!
